Messages that can be answered by reception, billing, or the medical assistant are free of charge.
If your portal message contains a medical question that must be directed to the physician, these will be billed at $15.00 per message.
Please do not message us asking for lab results until one month following your blood draw or lab submittal. Many labs take up to a month to process. Labs will be reviewed with you at your follow-up appointment.
If you have a new condition, please call the front desk for an appointment.
Lost your treatment plan? Don't worry, you can view and reprint your treatment summary from any previous visit.
Have a bill due and want to save a stamp or use a credit card?
You can pay your outstanding balance in your portal.
View your lab or imaging results or print them for your records.
Labs will be posted following your visit with the doctor to review the results. Please do not message the doctor regarding new lab results that have not been reviewed during an office or virtual care appointment.
Any lab values that require immediate attention or are life-threatening will result in the clinic contacting you before your visit.
Dr. Bisson personally reviews all lab results before posting them to the portal.
Contact the clinic by phone or portal message, and someone will get back to you within five business days and often sooner.
